Branding and Squarespace Website for Paint Love

Paint Love is a nonprofit based out of Decatur, GA. They exist to connect artists and nonprofits for a positive impact on youth. Honestly, if I were to start my own nonprofit it would do exactly that! So imagine my delight when I met Julie McKevitt! She has been working tirelessly to bring art classes to Atlanta’s youth for the past year through Paint Love. I was overjoyed when she asked if I'd like to be brought on staff!

One of my first goals when coming on board with Paint Love was to work on a new brand direction for the organization. We had four goals: differentiate from the Julie Ann brand, make the logo easier to read from far away, make the brand feel less feminine. Paint Love needed a simplified brand that would appeal to artists + the clients they serve - kids! I also wanted to the brand to appeal to parter nonprofits. It needed to be clean, crisp and professional. View their new site here:  gopaintlove.org

Check out how the branding was adapted to their social profiles + give them a follow. They are a great cause doing amazing things for the Atlanta community!

On of my favorite things to work with is a solid deadline! We had to launch the site and branding in time for the studio opening (3/21) and Indiegogo Campaign launch (3/23). If you’re in the Atlanta area this weekend, I’d love to see you at our opening party! We will have free live music from Thee Acquainted + The Good Food Truck will be on site. We will also be working on a collaborative art piece. Come be a part of it! You can find more details and RSVP by heading over to our Facebook Event page.
